Newly lengthened Hoy Head’s first scheduled trip to Flotta – 13 April 2013

Find up-to-date ferry times to Flotta on the Orkney Ferries website – www.orkneyferries.co.uk.  The roll on, roll off ferry calls at Flotta several times a day Monday to Saturday throughout the year, and also on Sundays during the summer months.

ACCOMMODATION

13 Burnside – Self Catering

A comfortably furnished three bedroom house, comprising one double, one twin and one single room, sitting room (with TV), bathroom (with shower over bath) and well equipped kitchen.

Rates:

Peak Season   July & August                                                   £100 per week
                            (£20 per night for extra days over and above the full weeks)

Mid Season     May & June, September and October       £75 per week
                            (£15 per night for extra days over and above the full weeks)

Low Season    November to April                                             £50 per week
                            (£10 per night for extra days over and above the full weeks

Weekend Break             £20 per night for a minimum of 3 nights

In addition, electricity is charged at 10 pence per unit and meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the stay.

14 Burnside – Self Catering (Daily Rate)

A former three bedroom council house that sleeps five people. Sitting room (with TV), bathroom (with shower over bath) and well equipped kitchen.

Price per person per night         £8.00
Rate includes electricity and use of equipment in the property.

The houses are situated side by side on the outer edge of the Burnside housing scheme, with the community centre, playpark and putting green nearby, approximately 1.5 miles from the pier and 0.5 miles from the island Shop/Post Office.
